PMC Setup: Requesting a Rent Manager Integration

Your proptech partner uses Propexo to connect to your Rent Manager account. Before that integration can go live, you’ll need to activate it in Rent Manager and choose which properties are available through the API.

Requesting the integration

• Log into Rent Manager.

• Click My Integrations in the top right.

• Search for the integration partner — this will be the proptech that’s using Propexo — and select it.

• Click Request Activation.

Choosing available properties

You’ll be asked to select which properties should be available through the API. In general, selecting all properties is recommended.

Once you submit the request, whoever manages Rent Manager Partner Web Access on your proptech partner’s side will receive an email letting them know you’ve requested to integrate. They’ll need to approve the request before the integration goes live — let them know once you’ve submitted it.
