There are several Pre-Certification Deliverables you must submit to RealPage before being certified. These include:

  1. Integrated Product Demo Recording

Send a recorded demo of your integration in the OneSite sandbox. The recording must include a run-through of all test cases.

Provide success metrics to deem integration successful.

  3. Test Case Validation

Provide test cases validated in the sandbox environment.

  4. Mutual Client Support Process

Provide a high-level review of the partner's support process for mutual clients.

  5. Integration Workflow Diagram

It should include specific methods being called, parameters, sequence, frequency, purpose, number of servers, time-out settings, and retry strategy. We will work with you to put together a diagram that meets this requirement since all of the RealPage interactions are on the Propexo side.

  6. Technical Specifications

It must include a statement indicating that all calls are made directly to the RealPage server, not via a web browser.

  8. Security Questionnaire

You must complete a detailed security questionnaire explaining your company's data and information security procedures.
