Yardi - Invalid Credentials error - Password restrictions

Yardi does not allow ampersands (&) in interface user passwords, but this restriction is not documented anywhere in Yardi. As a result, clients can unknowingly set a password containing an ampersand without receiving any error or warning during setup.

If an interface user's password contains an ampersand, the integration will not function correctly with the message 'Invalid Credentials'. To resolve this, the password must be updated in two places: first on the interface user in Yardi, then in Propexo to match.
