PMC Setup: Requesting MRI API Credentials

Your integration partner is setting up an integration with your MRI account via Propexo. Before that integration can go live, MRI needs to issue Web Services credentials for it — and that request has to come from you, the client, via a support case.
⚠ Check with your integration partner first on which program they’re using (certified app partner vs. MIX) — it may affect what you need to confirm with MRI before filing the case.
Requesting credentials from MRI
Log in to the myMRI Client Portal and submit a support case requesting the following:
Hi MRI Support,
We’re setting up a test integration with Propexo and would like to request the following:
Please create a Web Services User ID and Password for our integration with Propexo.
Please apply the following cabinet(s) to our test database:
