Understanding the filter on Yardi > Get all Residents

Starting March 30, 2026, syncing the residents model from Yardi will only return residents modified within the last 2 days. This change applies to new customers only - if you have already built against the Yardi Get Residents endpoint that Propexo offers, your integration will not be affected. If you became a customer after March 23rd 2026 and sync the residents model less frequently than once every 2 days, please contact support to avoid gaps in your data.

Impact on last_seen and deleted record detection

Because only recently modified residents are returned, the last_seen date is less reliable for identifying deleted residents. An active resident who has not been modified recently will not appear in the response - not because they were deleted, but because they fall outside the 2-day window.

Alternative: full resident sync

An older sync method is available that returns current residents regardless of modification date. This resolves the last_seen issue but will increase your record count per sync. Please contact support if you need this option enabled.
