Why Am I Missing Leads or Applicants from Yardi?

Yardi's ILS Guest Card interface, the API that Propexo uses to fetch leads and applicants, enforces a hard filter that excludes any record with no activity in the past 90 days.
What this means: If a lead or applicant hasn't had any activity logged in Yardi Voyager within the last 90 days, they will not be returned through the interface and will not appear in Propexo.
Can Propexo work around this? No. This filter is enforced on Yardi's side and cannot be bypassed. Running a backsync in Propexo will not recover these records, as the data simply isn't returned by the Yardi API regardless of how the request is made.
How to recover older leads or applicants: To surface a record that has fallen outside the 90-day window, you'll need to make an update to it directly in Yardi Voyager. Any activity logged against the record will reset it within the filter window, making it retrievable on the next sync.
